LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Annual Election of the Lake Shore Fire district will take place on December 11, 2007 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Lake Shore Fire House located at 1 Long Pond Road, Town of Greece, County of Monroe, State of New York, for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five year term, commencing on January 1, 2008 and ending on December 31, 2012. All duly registered voters of the Lake Shore Fire District shall be eligible to vote.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to a resolution of the Lake Shore Fire District Board of Fire
Commissioners, all candidates desiring to have their names inscribed on the ballot, shall submit and file their name, accompanied by a petition in writing, properly subscribed to by at least 25 qualified voters of the Lake Shore Fire District, to the Fire District Secretary, at his residence, 156 Kirk Road, Rochester, New York 14612. Aforementioned filing must take place by November 21, 2007 at least 20 days prior to the December 11, 2007 election.
